CRISIL, India’s foremost provider of ratings, data, research, analytics, and solutions, has upgraded its rating of Technopark (Electronics Technology Parks Kerala) to ‘CRISIL A /Stable’ on the latest review on June 2019. The current rating incorporates the positive track record shown by the organization and the future expectations of revenue growth. This is the first time Technopark receiving ‘ A ‘ rating with CRISIL, over the last 10 years. From D rating in 2014-15, it moved upward to B, then to BBB and now at A. The upgrade reflects the improvement in the Technopark’s cash flow due to the leasing of additional commercial space in phases I, III, and Technocity, leading growth in operating income in fiscal 2019. ‘CRISIL A’ rating is truly a defining moment for Technopark, as it is a recognition of the check measures adhered over the years in achieving this milestone. It also reflects on the progressive track of financial stability of the Organisation in toto. The feet would also attract more investor focus and credibility amongst the industry.
